TuneIn announced its activation plans for South by Southwest (SXSW) 2017, which includes a presenting sponsorship of the inaugural SXSW Official Podcast Stage March 11-17, plus a TuneIn Studios @ SXSW takeover of Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden. The event will consist of three days of live talk and sports broadcasts during the day, as well as nightly music showcases March 15 – 17.
Through collaboration with music labels Bella Union and Big Machine Label Group, college sports content partner IMG, plus on-site sponsors Esurance, US Bank and IFC, TuneIn offers its deepest and most diverse SXSW activation to date.

It’s the ideal setting to showcase the breadth of audio content that TuneIn offers,” said TuneIn Chief Content Officer Kevin Straley. “We’re seeing explosive growth in listening across devices like Amazon Echo and Google Home, which enables TuneIn to bring SXSW content to listeners in new ways.”
